ExpandoWorks recently overhauled the parking monitoring systems for Executive Parking, replacing a failing legacy setup with a robust IoT-driven solution in just one month. Utilizing highly versatile breakout boards integrated with LiDAR sensors and loop detectors, the system tracks vehicle entries and exits with high precision to provide live occupancy counts. By leveraging LoRaWAN technology, we bypassed traditional infrastructure costs while ensuring real-time data flow to our OMLY Dashboard. This adaptable architecture not only eliminates manual errors and reduces traffic bottlenecks but also demonstrates a scalable blueprint for rapid, cost-effective monitoring across diverse industrial environments.

The EWR48TE Industrial Rugged LTE RS485 Gateway is a high-performance solution designed for mission-critical monitoring of industrial machinery. Equipped with an industrial-grade RS485 interface and 4G LTE connectivity, this compact gateway allows for the remote oversight of diverse assets, ranging from high-capacity lithium battery BMS in forklifts to the operational performance of industrial generators. Its rugged design ensures reliable operation in extreme environments, supporting a wide temperature range and featuring a built-in hardware watchdog to prevent downtime.

The gateway facilitates seamless data exchange by supporting multiple protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, MQTT, and HTTP.
